2 t koeksoda                                                             
1 groot blik “fruit cocktail”
Meng koeksoda met baie klein bietjie melk tot opgelos.  Meng alles goed saam.  Bak 30 min op 180ºC.  Wanneer gaar, giet volgende sous oor:
halwe koppie klapper                                           
1 klein blikkie Ideal melk
1 k suiker                                                                    
3 e botter
1 t rum‑geursel
Kook alles stadig saam.  Giet warm sous oor warm tert.
