125 ml water

50 ml olie                                                       
50 ml tamatiesous
1 klein ui, gerasper                                    
1 e suiker
1 t kerriepoeier                                           
1 t gemengde speserye
1 t borrie                                                        
1 t sout
2 ml peper                                                    
knippie fyn naeltjies
Meng alles goed saam.  Marineer minstens 30 min.
Vleis wat in sous gemarineer is, kan net so in die marinade gebak word by 180ºC.
