25 g botter/margarien                            
250 ml vars room

30 ml Franse mosterd                              
30 ml varsgemaalde swartpeper
15 ml brandewyn                                       
5 ml Bisto
Smelt botter en voeg res van bestanddele by.  Roer sous oor matige hitte totdat dit begin verdik.  (Indien dikker sous verlang word, gebruik bietjie meer Bisto.)
