1 knoffelhuisie, gekap                                  
30 ml grasuie, gekap
30 ml pietersielie, gekap                               
knippie sout
witpeper na smaak
Vermeng al die bestanddele en marineer die vis ongeveer 2 ure lank daarin.  Bedruip die vis met die marinade terwyl dit gerooster word.
