Simple Sundried Tomato Pasta

Serves 4 | Preparation Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 125 ml marinated, sundried tomatoes
  • 1 sachet Knorr Pasta & Sauce – Sour Cream & Chives
  • 310 ml water
  • 250 ml fresh basil leaves
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ½ red pepper, finely diced
  • 125 ml milk
  • 30 ml margarine
  • 1 round feta cheese
Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 min
  3. Add tomatoes, red pepper, milk, water and margarine and bring to the boil
  4. Add sachet contents and stir continuously until boiling
  5. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 8–10 min, stirring occasionally
  6. Remove from the stove, cover and stand for 2 min as pasta will thicken on standing
  7. Stir in fresh basil leaves and crumble feta cheese over
