South Coast Marinara

Serves 2 | Preparation Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Knorr Pasta & Sauce – Alfredo
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 15 ml freshly chopped herbs
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) margarine
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 125 ml milk
  • 4-5 olives, pips removed and sliced
  • 300 g Marinara seafood mix
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • Croûtons (optional)
  • 375 ml water

    Instructions
1.    Stir-fry seafood mix and spring onions in the olive oil until just cooked, 4–5 min
2.    Prepare the pasta & sauce using the milk and water according to sachet instructions
3.    Stir in the fried seafood and spring onions
4.    Allow to heat through and place in serving dishes
5.    Combine crumbled feta, sliced olives, croûtons and herbs
6.    Sprinkle over the pasta
