125 g (125ml) maaskaas                           
1 medium komkommer, gerasper
30 ml mayonnaise                                      
15ml groenrissie, gekap
1 klein ui, gerasper                                    
1 ml sout
5 ml rissie-en-knoffelsous                      
1 ml witpeper
1 dun skyfie komkommer vir garnering

Meng al die bestanddele saam.  Garneer dit met ‘n dun skyfie komkommer.  Verkoel dit voor bediening.
