Salmon and Asparagus Bake

Serves 4 | Preparation Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 25 mins


  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 box Knorr Tuna Mate, Cheddarmelt
  • 1 x tin asparagus spears
  • 125 ml croûtons
  • 800 ml water
  • 1 x tin salmon
  • 1 round feta cheese

  1. Place the milk, water and Knorr Tuna Mate sachet of sauce mix into a saucepan and bring to the boil, then add the pasta and simmer until cooked
  2. Add the flaked salmon
  3. Lay half the mixture in an ovenproof dish, lay the asparagus spears on top, then add the rest of the pasta
  4. Top with crumbled feta cheese and croûtons and grill for about 10 min before serving
