Citrus Baked Fish

Orange juice and lemon juice make this a citrus-flavored dish. 

2 lb. (1kg)  fish steaks 
1/2 C. onion, minced 
2 cloves garlic, minced 
2 Tbs. olive oil 
2 Tbs. fresh, minced coriander
1 tsp. salt 
1/8 tsp. pepper 
1/2 C. orange juice 
1 Tbs. lemon juice 

Arrange the fish in a shallow baking dish. In a small skillet sautÈ the onion and the garlic until the onion is tender but not brown. Into the pan, stir in the cilantro, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the fish. Combine the orange juice and lemon juice and pour evenly over the fish. Bake, uncovered, in a 180 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
