Hoofstuk 4 (Sop) Sagosop

Drie pond vleis (1.5 kg), 1/2 lb (250g) sago, 8 bottels water, 2 blaartjies foelie (Sien Woordeboek) , 15 naeltjies, 1/4 neut gerasper, 12 korrels Jamaikagemmer (allspice)’ sout en peper. Kook dit net soos vermicillisop. Klop, net voor opskeptyd, 2 eiers op met ‘n bietjie room en roer dit vinnig in die sop. Laat dity net opkook.
