Lemon Butter Prawns

Ingredients
1 kg XL pink Prawns
150g Rama marg
250ml Fresh Cream
good sprinkle of aromat
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Dash Aromat. parsley , portuguese spice

Method
Butterfly cleaned Prawns. Melt Marg, Add fresh cream lemon juice and the spices , boil until thickens slightly.add prawn into the pan of the butter mixture and cook . leave boult 1⁄4 cup butter mixture aside and add just before serving .
