Bestanddele
500 g garnale
½ koppie suurlemoensap
250 g botter
knoffel/rissie/gemmer-mengsel
sout en peper, na smaak

Metode
Smelt botter in die pan van ‘n skottelbraai. Vog die knoffelmengsel by, dan die suurlemoensap, en dan die garnale. Braai vir 5 minute totdat garnale pienk is. Bedien op rys.
