500g groenbone
1 aartappel in skywe gesny
1 ui in skywe gesny
5ml sout
2ml witpeper
100ml water
2ml varsgerasperde neut

Metode
Kerf boontjies en voeg aartappel, ui, sout en peper by. Roer water by en prut 30-40 minute totdat boontjies gaar is. Strooi gerasperde neut oor en dien op.
