Apricot & Chocolate Balls

Ingredients
200g dried apricots
¼ cup castor sugar
2 Sanitarium Weet-Bix
1 tablespoon water
50g dark chocolate, melted

Method
1. Place apricots, sugar and Weet-Bix in a food processor and process until smooth. Add water gradually and continue to process until well combined.
2. Using wet hands, form into balls.
3. Drizzle balls with chocolate and leave to set.
