Chicken and Melon Salad

Ingredients for 4 people
125 ml plain yogurt
125 ml sour cream
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken spices
fusilli pasta enough for 4 people
1 ripe cantaloupe, cut into small pieces (Melon)
walnuts (broken into pieces)
coriander leaves (optional)

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool. Combine the yogurt and sour cream, mix well and refrigerate while preparing rest of salad. Sprinkle chicken with chicken spices, salt and pepper to taste and fry over medium heat until thoroughly cooked. Let cool, cut chicken into bite size pieces, and add to yoghurt/cream mix. Stir cooked and drained pasta into dressing; taste for seasoning.
Gently stir cantaloupe into the salad. Sprinkle walnuts and some coriander leaves(optional) over and serve.
