Lemon Rice

Rice 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp.
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp.
Urad Daal 1 tsp. (White Lentils)
Chana Daal 1 tsp.(If you cant find any of these lentils you can use ordinary lentils).
Cashews handful
Raisins handful
Turmeric pinch
mixed vegetables. 1 cup
Lemon 1


• Cook rice.
• Heat oil and add all other ingredients except for the lemon. Fry as
• Mix stuff in pan with rice. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the rice.
