Bestanddele
12.5ml mielieblom
25ml suiker
1ml sout
125ml water
500ml gaar beetblokkies
125ml pitlose rosyntjies
75ml asyn
15ml botter of margarien

Metode
Roer mielieblom, suiker, sout en water in ‘n kastrolletjie oor matige hitte tot dik en helder. Voeg res van die bestanddele by, meng liggies en kook ongeveer 3 minute. Skep in opdienbak en laat afkoel.
