16 fish fingers
1 tub tartare sauce, (200g)
1 small PnP red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp PnP chopped parsley
2 tbsp juice of 1 lemon
1 pinch PnP salt
4 slices non sliced white bread
2 PnP tomatoes , sliced
2 bunch PnP lettuce
Bake or fry fish fingers according to packet instructions. Mix tartar sauce, onion, parsley, lemon juice and seasoning together. Top bread slices with tomatoes, lettuce and fish fingers. Serve drizzled with lots of tartar sauce.
