Chicken Fruit salad

4 Chicken Breasts deboned
2 Apples (or pears)
2 Peaches (or mango if in season)
1 Pineapple
Any othe Fruit like grapes can also be used
Light Salad Yogurt Herb sauce
Mixed Nuts

Prepare Couscous for 4 people. Cut the chicken in strips and fry till brown and add salt and spices to taste. Dice the fruit and mix with chicken – sprinkle nuts. Add couscous and mix well. Dress with the salad sauce.
