Stir fried Beef and Pasta dish

Ingredients for 4 people
Enough whole wheat pasta for 4 people
500 g beef strips
1 onion, chopped
250 ml sliced mushrooms
1 sweet pepper, red or green, diced
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tin diced tomatoes, with juice
250 ml shredded mozzarella cheese
1 head broccoli – cut into tiny florets
Basil dried herbs
4 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornflourn (Maziena)
sunflower oil

Method:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. While the pasta is cooking, grate the mozzarella cheese. Mix the soy sauce and cornflour in a bowl and stir the beef into this mixture.
Heat a pan with sunflower oil and stir fry beef to brown, Add the onion, mushrooms, pepper, garlic and broccoli and cook over medium heat until meat is cooked thoroughly and any liquid has evaporated. Turn heat to low. Stir in tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Adjust seasoning

Serve with pasta
