Apple Iced Tea

Ingredients(Yield: 3.5 litres)
1.5 litres boiling water
30 ml honey
juice of half a lemon
2 litres apple juice
plenty ice cubes
6 to 12 tea bags (Depending on taste)

Method
Pour the boiling water onto the tea bags, and allow 5 minutes brewing time. Discard the tea bags. Stir the honey and lemon juice into the hot black tea. Stir in the apple juice and refrigerate. Chill thoroughly and serve poured over tumblers half-filled with ice cubes, and paper-thin slices of apple if desired.
