Spicy carrot chips

200g carrots
cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
10ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Peel the carrots and cut into thin ribbons with a peeler. Place in a mixing bowl and drizzle with the olive oil, season and toss to coat evenly. Arrange on a greased baking tray in a single layer and bake for about 10 minutes at 220°. Serve.
