Vegan Ice Cream

What You Need
½ cup coconut milk
2 large bananas – peeled and frozen
1 tbsp tahini
½ cup blueberries
2 tsp xylitol
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg

Method
1/ Cut frozen bananas in half and place in blender. 2/ Add coconut milk and blend for 20 seconds to break banana up into smaller pieces. 3/ Add remaining ingredients and blend for one minute until all ingredients are combined. 4/ If ice-cream becomes too thick, add a little more coconut milk. Be careful not to over-blend as this will disrupt the ice-cream-like consistency. 5/ Remove from blender and place in a large bowl. Top with blueberries, flaked almonds, coconut shavings and sesame seeds. Eat immediately and Enjoy!
