Fancy Sugar Cubes

Ingredients
500ml sugar
20ml water
few drops food colouring (pink and green or any colour you prefer)

METHOD
Combine the sugar, water and some food colouring, to your liking, and mix until it resembles wet sand. Spoon into a mould and press until compact. Allow them to air dry for about a day.

Tip
Speed things up by baking them at 100°C for about 10 minutes until dry.
