Oond 180 gr C.
Pak 500 gr bevrore visstukke in oondbak. Sprinkel liggies met vissspeserye.

Meng saam in aparte bak: 250 ml plein yogurt, 250 ml room en 1 pakkie sampioensoppoeier.
Gooi sous oor die vis.
Sprinkel 1/2 k gerasperde kaas bo-oor.
Bak tot vis vlok as jy vurk in vis druk.
Bedien met kappok- aartappels om sous oor te skep.
