spinach pita

100g baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
30g cheddar cheese
60g feta cheese, crumbled
1½tbsp parmesan cheese
2 spring onions
2 wholewheat pita breads

Shred the spinach and mix it with the sliced spring onion, crumbled feta, grated cheddar and parmesan.
Season with salt and pepper and spoon into pita breads.
Combine spinach, onion, feta and cheddar in a bowl. Season with salt pepper.
Spoon into pita breads and cook in a sandwich press or snackwich machine until golden. Serve.
