CRUSTLESS TUNA PIE

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped,
25 ml butter,
1 tin tuna, drained,
250 ml grated Cheddar cheese,
pinch cayenne pepper,
2 eggs,
100 ml milk powder,
300 ml water,
5 ml powdered mustard,
25 ml flour,
5 ml Maggi Fondor,
2 ml freshly ground black pepper.

Method
Saute onion in butter. Sprinkle in a greased pie plate. Mix tuna, cheese and cayenne. Spoon over onion. Mix eggs, milk powder, water and mustard, flour and seasoning. Pour over fish mixture. Bake at 180C for 30 – 40 min.
