SAUSAGE HOTPOT

Ingredients
1 kg boerewors
1 large onion chopped
750 ml beef stock
30 ml oil
500 g fresh mixed vegetables
4 medium potatoes peeled and quartered
1 tablespoon curry powder
salt and pepper to taste.

Method
Fry wors until golden brown and then cut into pieces. Heat the oil and fry onions until soft. Add curry powder. Add boerewors, beef stock, mixed vegetables and potatoes. Season to taste. Turn down the heat to medium and simmer 10 – 15 min. Serve with rice.
