RUTH’S FRUITY CHICKEN BAKE (6 portions)

Ingredients
1 chicken cut into portions,
salt and pepper,
250 ml cream,
300 ml fruit chutney.

Method
IMG_1303 - Copy - Copy (2)Season chicken portions well. Place in a casserole dish. Combine cream and chutney, pour over chicken. Bake at 180*C, one-and-a-half hours or until chicken is cooked. For the last 20 minutes, remove lid and stir sauce.
