CREAMY LAMB STEW

Ingredients
1 packet thick vegetable soup,
600 ml water,
1,5 kg stewing lamb,
250 ml sliced mushrooms,
oil,
125 ml green and red pepper,
chopped,
Maggi Fondor.

Method
Brown the meat in a little oil. Remove from pan and drain excess oil. Mix soup and water in the pan. Stir over low heat until soup thickens. Add the meat and simmer for +- 40 minutes. Add the mushrooms, chopped peppers and Fondor and simmer for another 20 minutes.
