250 ml milk,
25 g margarien,
350 ml fresh breadcrumbs,
1/2 green pepper,
1 large onion, chopped,
25 ml oil,
1 clove garlic, crushed,
3 eggs, beaten,
4 rashers bacon, chopped,
250 ml cooked chicken or meat, finely chopped,
250 ml cheddar cheese, grated,
5 ml prepared mustard,
25 ml parsley, chopped,
2 – 3 tomatoes, sliced,
50 ml grated cheese, extra.

Place milk and margarine in a saucepan and heat until margarine melts. Stir in breadcrumbs and set aside to soften. Meanwhile fry onion, green pepper, garlic and bacon in oil for 5 minutes. Add to crumb mixture with remaining ingredients, except tomatoes and extra cheese. Turn into a greased ovenproof dish and smooth down. Cover with tomatoes, overlapping slightly, and sprinkle extra cheese over. Bake (180*C) for +- 30 to 40 minutes.
