1 tin cream style sweetcorn,
3 slices bread soaked in a little milk,
2 eggs,
8tsp sugar,
3Tbs melted butter,
3Tbs custard powder mix in a little milk.

Mix and bake about 40 mins 180*C Or until cooked.
Add an extra tin of whole sweetcorn (mielies) as well
For the sweet corn bake I just posted, you can add an extra egg and a couple extra slices of bread (crusts cut off) if you want a stiffer bake, especially if you use the extra tin of sweetcorn like I do.
