1 green pepper, diced,
1 onion, chopped,
45 ml oil,
1 kg mince,
salt & pepper,
410 g can whole tomatoes and juice,
1 can red beans and juice,
15 ml chili powder,
1 packet Smash,
125 ml grated cheese.
Saute green pepper and onion in oil until tender.
Brown beef with onion and green pepper and season with salt & pepper.
Add tomatoes, beans and chili powder.
Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Place mixture in a casserole dish.
Prepare Smash according to instructions, adding the egg and plenty of salt & pepper.
Spoon or pipe on the meat mixture and top with grated cheese.
Bake (200*C) until topping is golden brown.
Serve with a green salad.
