Wit brood in die broodmasjien

[Broodmasjien is Logic loaf size selection 450-750g.
In plaas van witbrood meel gebruik ek net koekmeel.
Die “instant yeast” gebruik ek net die pers pakkie.

In die pers pakkie is daar ‘n een beskikbaar wat speisiaal vir broodmasjiene is
Witbrood

280 ml koue water (ek meet met my oog)
1 eetlepel suiker (+-15 ml)
1 teelepel sout (5 ml)
30 ml olie
3 koppies koekmeel
1 en half teelepel yeast
Gooi in daardie volgorde in die broodmasjien se pan.
Sit op ‘basic’ en start die hele besigheid en voila!

Na 3 ure ‘n brood.
