2 MINUTE MICROWAVE CARB FREE BREAD

Ingredients:
1 egg,
70mls almond flour,
Pinch of salt,
25mls melted butter
1 t of cream cheese

Method:
Put the butter  in  a  big  microwave  friendly  cup  and  melt
Add the other ingredients to the cup and stir
Put the cup into the microwave and set it on high for 1-2 minutes

    Ek het myne vir 1 min 55 sekondes in die mikrogolf gesit.
    Die volgende een het ek 1 min 45 sekondes ingesit en dit is heerlik.
    Baie vinnig om n Gluten Vrye brood rolletjie te kry.
    Wat is nou lekkerder as n vars broodrolletjie met n Sonskyn eier (Sunny side up) eier vir ontbyt?
