MACADAMIA NUT BREAD

Ingredients:
1 Cup Macadamia Butter
1 T Bicarbonate Of Soda
1 T White Vinegar
3 Eggs

Method:
Mix butter and eggs.
Add bicarbonate of soda and vinegar
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C in normal bread loaf pan.

Rusks:
Dry your rusks in a cool oven at 65°C for 2-3 hours and pack them in an airtight container when cool
