Individuel kaas en aartappelgratin

Bestanddele
8-10 middelmatige aartappels, geskil
90ml botter
3 knoffelhuisies, fyn gedruk
125ml room
250ml gerasperde soetmelkkaas

Metode
Kook die aartappels tot half gaar en sny in dun skywe.
Roer die botter en knoffel by en skep in individuele oondvaste gratinbakkies.
Giet die room oor, sprinkel die kaas oor en bak 30-40 minute by 200 C tot goudkleurig.
