Ingredients
2 skinned, cubed chicken breasts,
black pepper & salt,
20 ml oil,
500 ml water,
2 onions, chopped,
1 packet beef & tomato soup,
1 green pepper, chopped,
3 celery stalks, chopped,
1 red pepper, chopped,
150 g sausages, sliced,
100 g spring onions, chopped,
500 g cooked rice.

Method
Mix salt, pepper and 2 teaspoons of soup powder together. Toss chicken in it until well coated. In a large saucepan, heat oil, sauté chicken until well browned. Add celery, green pepper, red pepper, onions and sauté for 3 minutes. Add sausages and remaining soup powder mixed with water and simmer until the liquid is slightly reduced, creating a rich broth. Adjust seasoning if required. Add rice and spring onions and serve.
