POTATO  BAKE

Ingredients
4 potatoes,
2 onions,
1 packet brown onion soup,
250 ml fresh cream or milk,
150 g cheese, grated.

Method
Peel and slice potatoes and onions into rings.  Layer the potato slices and onion rings alternately, sprinkling the soup powder in-between each individual layer.  Pour over the cream/milk, sprinkle with cheese and bake (180°C) for 35 to 45 minutes until potatoes are soft.
