Bestanddele
25 ml botter,
6 piesangs in ringe gesny,
500 g patats, geskil en in ringe gesny,
sout,
3 appels, geskil en in skyfies gesny,
paprika,
suurlemoenpeper,
amandels vir garnering.

Metode
Smeer ‘n vuurvaste bak met botter en pak patats, piesangs en appel in lae daarin. Geur. Plaas ‘n paar klontjies botter bo-op en sprinkel amandels bo-oor. Bak 20 – 30 minute (160°C) tot patats sag is. Sit voor as bykos by wildsvleis.
