Betsanddele
175 g gaar macaroni,
100 g salami,
3 eiers,
30 ml roomryke melk,
sout & peper,
30 ml pieterselie, fyngekap,
30 ml botter.

Metode
Sny salami in repies. Klop eiers, melk en pieterselie saam. Geur. Verhit botter in groot pan. Braai salami baie liggies daarin. Voeg macaroni by. Voeg eiermengsel by. Geur weer. Roer tot eiermengsel gaar is. Bedien met gemengde slaai.
