1/2 blikkie kondensmelk,
1 e suurlemoensap,
1 eier, geskei,
1 k piesangmoes,
1 gaar tertkors,
klapper.

Metode
Meng kondensmelk, suurlemoensap, geklitste eiergeel en piesangmoes. Klits eierwit styf en vou dit in. Skep in tertkors. Bak ongeveer 20 minute in ‘n matige oond. Haal uit, strooi klapper oor, sit weer onder die boonste element van die oond en laat bruin word.
