Ingredients
chicken portions
1 cup plain yoghurt
½ cup chutney
1 pkt brown onion soup
1 cup peach or apricot juice
Old Brown Sherry

Method
Pierce chicken pieces before marinating in Old Brown Sherry for half an hour. Place chicken in Medium Classic Roaster. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over. Bake at 140°C for 1½ hours.
