Bestanddele
4 koppies appels, gesny dun
3/4 koppie bruin suiker
1/2 koppie bruismeel (of half koppie meel en 4ml bakpoeier)
1/2 koppie hawermout (oats)
40 gr botter, versag
3/4 teelepel kaneel

METODE:
Spuit kasserol/pan met spray en cook. Pak appels in ‘n laag onder op die bodum van die pan. Meng al die ander bestanddele saam en verkrummel die mengsel oor die appels. Bak by 180 C vir 30 minute of tot appels sag is. Bedien met roomys of geklopte room.
