Botterskorsie- Gesondheidsbrood

125ml sonneblomsaad, gerooster                     
750ml volkoringmeel
5ml koeksoda                                                          
15ml bakpoeier
5ml sout                                                                   
250ml All-Bran-graanvlokkies
250ml gerasperde rou botterskorsie                
45ml heuning
1 ekstra groot eier, geklop
500ml karringmelk
125ml water

Metode
Meng die sonneblomsaad, meel, koeksoda, bakpoeier, sout, graanvlokkies en botterskorsie saam. Klop die heuning, eier, karringmelk en water saam en voeg by die droë bestanddele. Meng goed om ‘n taaierige brooddeeg te vorm. Skep in ‘n groot voorbereide brood pan. Bak in ‘n voorverhitte oond by 180C vir ongeveer 1 uur.
