Deep Fried Cauliflower

1 small head of cauliflower cut into small pieces
1 cup cake flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Flippen Lekka Spice
1 cup water
1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
2 cups breadcrumbs mixed with 1 tsp Flippen Lekka Spice
oil for frying.

Mix flour, baking powder, cornstarch and Flippen Lekka Spice together. Add the water and Tabasco and mix until the batter is smooth. Dip the cauliflower pieces into the batter and coat evenly. Allow excess batter to drip off. Roll the cauliflower pieces in breadcrumbs until fully coated. Deep fry cauliflower pieces in batches until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
