Cheese Pudding

3 cups fresh breadcrumbs
4 cups milk
6 eggs(white and yolk seperated)
3 cups matured cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Flippen Lekka Spice.

Preheat oven to 190 C. Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk for 5 mins. Add the egg yolks, spice and cheese. Beat the egg whites and fold into the mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased ovenproof dish and bake until set and golden brown. Serve with honey and/or cream.
