Bestanddele Aartappels
Skil 6 aartappels en sny in blokkies.
Kook in sout water tot net gaar.
Dreineer en skep in bak.

Maak witsous van
1 en halwe k melk, 2 E koekmeel
2 E margarine en knippie sout.
Roer kwart k mayonaise en 1 E aangemaakte mosterd by witsous.

Metode
Meng witsous by die aartappels. Voeg ham blokkies of gebraaide bacon stukkies by. Skep in oondbak en sprinkel gerasperde kaas bo-oor. Bak vir 40-45 minute by 180°C
