½ t sout
2 t bakpoeier
Meng: B
¼ k kakao
½ k kookwater
½ k kookolie
4 eiers (geel alleen)
4 t vanielje-essens

Meng bestanddele no. (A) en (B)
Klits eierwitte styf, vou by die mengsel in. Bak vir 30 min by 180º in ‘n glasbak.

Sous:
Smelt: ½ k suiker
¾ Blik Ideal melk
Gooi oor warm koek.

Laastens:
Meng ¼ blik Ideal melk met n blok sjokolade en smelt. Gooi dan oor koek.
