PRONTO  PIZZA

Scone dough:
500 ml flour
15 ml baking powder
pinch of salt
50 g margarine
1 egg
125 ml milk.

Topping:
10 ml Marmite
4 slices ham chopped
3 tomatoes chopped
3 pineapple rings diced
250 ml cheese grated
10 ml Italian Herb seasoning.

Method: 
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt, then add the margarine and crumble the mixture. Add the egg and milk and blend to form a soft dough. Pat into square cake tins. Spread the dough with Marmite, then top with remaining ingredients. Bake (200°C) for 8 – 10 minutes.  Cut into squares.

Retha’s fast Christmas cake

Ingredients
500 g self raising flour
325 g clover condensed milk
3 large eggs
3 ml salt
250 ml water
250 ml mixed dried fruit cake mix ( fruit & veg do have specials on their cake mix)
5 ml spice

Method
Preheat oven to 160 grade c.
Mix all ingredients together well.
Spoon mixture into well greased loaf tin and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes until well risen and golden brown.
